Ricki Braswell, CAE, serves as the co-executive director for the National Association of Dental Laboratories (NADL).  The NADL is the only national trade association representing dental laboratories in the United States. 

NADL serves more than 1,400 members, including dental laboratories, dental technicians, educational institutions, dental manufacturers and suppliers and state and regional dental laboratory associations. As an executive director for NADL, Braswell is responsible for board and committee relations, managing the association’s finances, and acting as the publisher of the association’s national trade magazine, the Journal of Dental Technology.  She serves as the liaison between the NADL and other national dental associations, such as the American Dental Association, American Dental Education Association, and the American Prosthodontic Society.  Braswell also serves as a volunteer board member for the Pankey Institute and speaks around the country on behalf of the NADL. 

Braswell has worked in the association profession for nearly 14 years and has achieved the designation of certified association executive.
